The Site

The site is outlined by Church st., Marsden st., Market st. and the river. The current Riverside theater is thought to be demolished, whereas a new theater can take place.

 The edges around the site follows the streets and the river. These edges creates a noticeable change in behavior and satisfaction. For instance, crossing the river on Church st. you will feel a change from being in the dense city coming to a more green suburb.
